There are two options to choose from. You can build it into the deal, or pay cash on delivery.

Meaning the dealership will add a shipping fee onto the sale of the vehicle and all the customer would have to do is pick up the vehicle with their I.D. and sign paperwork.

Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)
This means that customer doesn't pay the dealership fee and instead will pay the market-rate of the shipping charge. This rate is typically cheaper, and is based on fuel charge.
